Bush's massive tax cuts are forcing Congress to cut Social benefits. Perhaps Bush is hoping to get rid of all social services, farming them out to religious organizations (who, in some cases will not even help people who do not belong to their faith). The religious right is a strong voting block for the right wing. Is it just me, or are things starting to become more Orwellian day by day?
